3. Who should I contact if I haven't recieved my text book?
  Contact the appropriate Customer Support group for your market.

4. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
  Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the welcome page and a new password will be sent to you.

5. How do I change my password?
  Login to the system and click "Change Password" in the "My Profile" box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You will be asked to supply your old password, as well as, confirm your new password.

6. What do I do if I forget my user name?

7. What happens to the course information I provide?
  The course information is routed to your sales rep so they may be aware of your solution needs.
